Programs

The Noor Cultural Center organizes a wide range of cultural, religious, educational, and community-based programs throughout the year. Our programs are designed to strengthen community bonds, preserve Iranian-Islamic identity, and support the integration and well-being of Iranian-heritage individuals within Canadian society.

All programs align with the Center’s values, respect local laws, and are guided by transparency, inclusivity, and community participation.

Types of Programs

Cultural & Community Programs

Programs that promote Iranian culture, language, literature, arts, and shared heritage. These activities aim to strengthen social connections and foster a sense of belonging across generations.

Religious & Commemorative Events

Ceremonies and gatherings held throughout the year in accordance with Shia Islamic teachings, including religious commemorations, seasonal events, and spiritually focused programs.

Educational Programs

Educational initiatives focused on:

  • Persian language and literature
  • Iranian culture and civilization
  • Ethical values and cultural identity
  • Youth and family-oriented learning

Youth & Women Participation Programs

Activities that encourage meaningful participation of youth and women in community life, leadership, and program development.
